Senior Accountant, Business Advisory (North Sydney)
A senior business services and tax role for a CA qualified accountant ready to lead client relationships and mentor a growing team across a varied portfolio of business owners.
What you'll do
- Lead business advisory and tax compliance engagements from start to finish
- Advise business owners on structuring, cash flow, and tax planning
- Prepare and review financial statements and tax returns across company, trust, and individual structures
- Review work and mentor intermediate and graduate accountants
- Work directly with associate directors on a portfolio of established clients
- Help shape how the business advisory team works as we grow
What you'll need
- CA or CPA qualified, or very close to completion
- Strong experience in an Australian public practice or accounting firm
- Confident across company, trust, and individual tax
- Comfortable with cloud accounting platforms such as Xero
- A genuine interest in advisory work, not just compliance

SMSF Accountant / Self-Managed Super Fund Specialist (North Sydney)
A focused self-managed superannuation fund role covering SMSF administration, compliance, and tax for a growing base of private clients, with room to deepen your specialism.
What you'll do
- Prepare SMSF financial statements, tax returns, and audit workpapers
- Manage fund compliance against current superannuation rules
- Support clients through contributions, pensions, and reporting
- Work alongside advisers on strategy for private clients
What you'll need
- Hands-on SMSF accounting experience in Australian practice
- Familiarity with SMSF software such as BGL or Class
- Sound knowledge of super and SMSF tax obligations
- CA, CPA, or SMSF qualification an advantage
Intermediate Accountant, Business Services (Orange, NSW)
A business services and tax accountant role in our Orange office, ideal for someone building their career with CA study support, direct mentoring, and a clear path to senior work.
What you'll do
- Prepare financial statements and tax returns across entity types
- Handle BAS, GST, and general compliance for a broad client base
- Build direct client relationships in a regional practice
- Grow your advisory skills with partner and senior support
What you'll need
- Two or more years in an Australian accounting firm
- Working towards your CA or CPA qualification
- Solid grounding in tax and accounting fundamentals
- Happy to be based in or relocating to Orange, NSW
Senior Accountant, Finance Hub (North Sydney)
A senior outsourced finance role in our Finance Hub, owning management reporting, cash flow, and the day to day finance function for a portfolio of growing businesses as their virtual finance team.
What you'll do
- Own monthly management reporting and board-ready financials for clients
- Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting for business owners
- Oversee bookkeeping, payroll, and accounts processes end to end
- Work closely with clients as a trusted outsourced finance lead
What you'll need
- CA or CPA qualified with strong management accounting experience
- Confident across Xero and cloud accounting platforms
- Experience owning a client portfolio or finance function
- A commercial, advisory mindset and clear communication
