Intermediate Accountant, Business Services (Orange, NSW)
We are looking for an intermediate accountant ready to build their career in our Orange office. You will work across a broad regional client base, with CA study support, direct mentoring, and a clear path to senior work.
About the role
This is a business services and tax role in our Orange office, ideal for someone a few years into their career and working towards their CA or CPA. You will get genuine variety, real client contact, and the backing to grow, in a close team that takes development seriously.
What you’ll do
- Prepare financial statements and tax returns across entity types
- Handle BAS, GST, and general compliance for a broad client base
- Build direct client relationships in a regional practice
- Support business owners with day to day accounting questions
- Grow your advisory skills with senior and associate director support
What you’ll need
- Two or more years in an Australian accounting firm
- Working towards your CA or CPA qualification
- A solid grounding in tax and accounting fundamentals
- Comfortable with cloud accounting platforms such as Xero
- Happy to be based in or relocating to Orange, NSW
