Senior Accountant, Finance Hub (North Sydney)
We are looking for a senior accountant to take a lead role in our Finance Hub, acting as the outsourced finance function for growing businesses. You will own management reporting and cash flow, and work closely with clients as their trusted finance lead.
About the role
The Finance Hub is our outsourced finance offering, giving business owners the depth of a proper finance team without building one in house. As a senior accountant here, you will own the day to day finance function for a portfolio of clients, from the numbers through to the conversations that help them make better decisions.
What you’ll do
- Own monthly management reporting and board-ready financials for clients
- Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting for business owners
- Oversee bookkeeping, payroll, and accounts processes end to end
- Work closely with clients as a trusted outsourced finance lead
- Help shape how the Finance Hub delivers as it grows
What you’ll need
- CA or CPA qualified with strong management accounting experience
- Confident across Xero and cloud accounting platforms
- Experience owning a client portfolio or a finance function
- A commercial, advisory mindset and clear communication
- Comfortable being a client’s main point of contact
